The foxyHelp ticketing system will soon be phased out. During this transition, website-related tickets will be submitted through temporary online forms instead. We will share the form links as soon as they are available.
Once you receive the new form links, please save them to your browser’s bookmarks bar for quick and reliable access. By 2027, the foxyHelp website will no longer be accessible, so bookmarked links will be the primary way to reach the ticket forms.
When submitting a request, please include as much detail as possible in the form. A member of the website team will then contact you via message or email if any documents or additional information are needed.
